Just this moment, I saw an answer, and would have been interested in "speaking" ~ (no relationship rubbish) with the answerer.

Some people have email option, some don't. If you click on their icon (usually a face) you get their profile. Somewhere up the top of the profile page it will say if they can be emailed.
I notice that you opted for email. I am not sure why some people don't. It doesn't give away your email address, as it can only be done through Yahoo answers, so is quite private really.

Just say who the answerer is. He/She might be interested in communicating with you. Or just ask the question anyway.
