The Dixie Chicks come out hating Bush, so of course the entertainment industry (and most media for that matter) is going to give them all of the awards. Give me a break, the Chicks are NOT that good. They are all right at best.

The Dixie Chicks have gone downhill BIG TIME. They are singing stupid songs that aren't catchy or even good! They all look like crap. They used to be so girl next door/ down to earth and fun with their appearance, it's obvious they are focusing on publicity and not the music. You would think people would see that and not even let the attend the Grammy's, let alone WIN one!

It was a total shock to me. Yeah, it does seem like the Grammy's give the awards to the Bush haters out there all the time.. Kayne West pulled the smame thing and was the winner of the night a year or two ago.
But i really thought Justing Timberlake and James Blunt were going be big winners. Mary J Blige.. well we all saw that coming, but other than that there were a lot of surprises for me.

I agree 100%. I mean like seriously they are not even that good. the truth is that i didnt even know they would be nominated. There are other people that i expected to win the awards like justin timkberlake and james blunt as was said before. i guess the dixie chicks just came out looking like the best to the critics cuz they hate bush. omg ur right that was so rigged thanx for pointin that out.

Come on......... the people couldn't care less about those "Chicks". It was TOTALLY a political statement by the entertainment industry and those Chicks just happened to be the stupid ones to benefit from it.

Agreed! I used to watch that show when I was a kid every year! Now it's such a joke. There was only a few people who you could consider that have tallent and most of them are blue heads!
