All weekend I have felt pressure in my chest and it radiates down my left arm. Now I have a small lump on my arm, inside where it bends at the elbow. I just don't feel right and I hate going to the doctor - oh, I'm 49 & female - what do you think is happening?

Chest pressure going down the left arm is a sign of heart problems and heart attack. Have someone drive you to the emergency room ASAP or call 911. Do not wait as heart attacks are not something to play with. Call now and go to ER.

You could be having a heart attack. I would go to the doctor immediately. I know you hate going, but it could be the difference between a full recovery and not. It could also be a blood clot, or something else-you need to go get it checked out.

if i was u id def. be careful. signs of heart attack are chest pains that shoot down to the left arm...so be careful... i dont think its indigestion it sounds like something more serious. besides, indigestion should give u shooting pain to ur left arm...but then again im not a doctor, nor do i know all the symp.
