About the only way I know to fix this is to reset your iPod back to the factory settings. He is a link to the Apple support page.

That's easy just simply connect the ipod to the ORIGINAL COMPUTER IT WAS THAT YOU USE TO UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC

Start iTunes on your computer and connect the iPod to your computer. iTunes will unlock it for you.

you need to format** it on your pc then put music back on....
**connect it up, in mycomputer right-click icon, then choose format ignore Quick and use FAT........ G/LUCK
