Always tackle sinus infections, or any type of infection within its onset, to get rid of it before it gets out of hand--Rule #1.
Rule #2--You cannot be on anti-biotics and expect to get better right away. You're body is using all of its energy to fight something that's killing good as well as bad bacteria, so the fighting's going to take a long time.
Since you had this dating back to August, your body is not responding to said antibiotics for a few reasons: 1) the bacteria has evolved and the antibiotic doesn't cover this new strain. Hence, said antibiotic not working. 2) You may not be getting plenty of good bacteria in your body to replace the ones that are being killed off by your antibiotics. Yoghurt/probiotics replaces good bacteria in your gut so that your body can go back to an alkaline state. You need to begin eating lots of plain yoghurt throughout the day, I would say 6X/day. Stop getting antibiotics, you're not going to get better this way, and continuing to be on them just adds fuel to the fire. They're not working and are only making your condition worse. Get off of them and eat raw garlic to kill only the bad bacteria. Garlic acts as a penicillin, except it doesn't touch good bacteria. Eat the yogurt to replenish your body of good bacteria, and eat 10 raw veggies and fruits a day. Drink plenty of purified water. Sleep as many hours as your schedule allows, I am aware you work for a living, so several hours of sleeping is in your best interest when you're not obligated with other things.
I am a firm believer in preventive medicine, so if you want to avoid any type of recurrent infections in the future, adopt a disciplined lifestyle that will not stress your body on a constant basis. Smoking, drinking, lack of sleep, poor eating habits, no exercise, sedentary habits, all contribute to contracting illnesses. It's sad, but I see so many people that just cannot seem to make the connection that a healthy lifestyle = vitality, in return. You've got to treat your body well, and not just once in awhile, to achieve wonderful results.
I was sick constantly as a child. I was suffering from all types of respiratory, sinus, gastro infections and was always on antibiotics....all the time, to no avail. It wasn't until I grew older and did my own research and found out that going to the doctor keeps you from getting better. You have to take preventive measures to stay out of the doctor's office, but most aren't disciplined that way and they find every excuse possible to make that happen to better the condition of their life. You need to develop discipline. I recommend reading up on Jack Lalanne. He's 92 and he looks like he's 50. He's amazing. He's my biggest admirer apart from the man upstairs.
Do your homework and get a good head on your shoulders. You don't have to look at a life full of meds, now, do you?
I suffer from asthma, vericose veins, GI issues and difficulty gaining weight (all my life), you have to change your habits around to get good results. You can't just change one or two things. You won't see anything but something temporary. Who wants that?
Use some gusto and get rid of your sinus issues. Ditch the meds and adopt a whole foods lifestyle, you deserve it.
Good luck to you.
****Additions:
Since you live a whole foods lifestyle and have eradicated sugars/simple carbs from your palette of foods, and exercise regularly and with undeniable consistency, my hat goes off to you.
The only advice I would give to you is that if you really need to see a doctor and you've been faced with a desperate situation, gingerly scan as many naturopaths as you are able through careful screening. Although, you're never going to fall upon the perfect naturopath, doing such homework can put you on the road to any possible ensuing regrets. Once you've reached the desperate point, choosing the right doc is vital. Ask around. Word of mouth is powerful. Use every resource possible.
Take care of your mind and body!
Good luck...

It is possible you are being over medicated. I once had one for 1 1/2 months. When I got tired of taking all those pills and there were not helping, I stopped taking them and my sinuses cleared up. Drink plenty of water, and go to the chiropractor, if your spine is out out alignment your sinuses will not drain properly.

The best thing for my sinus pain is using a nasal rinse. Yes, it's kind of gross, but you will feel so much better. You can buy at the drugstore. It will be a bottle of some sort and a packet of solution that you mix with water. Tilt your head forward and GENTLY fill your sinus with the solution. The gross part is it will run out your mouth and out the other nostril.
