I don't believe absolute proofs exist. One can only supply evidence. i can't prove the pythagorean theorem to lots of minds, including my own Pavlov's Dog. Whoever named me idiot, You're right about me. Every question I get answered I have ten new unanswered. But this gives me the sensation of the mystical Einstein wasw talking about. I ENJOY it. Do you admit to being an idiot?
I firmly believe the meek will inherit the earth when all humans find out they were idiots. What a humbling experience to think you're intelligent and then find out you weren't. ( I speak from experience).

And I agree. Humans communicate through language which was invented. Therefore all information is just an agreed opinion.

A mathematical proof is only a proof in that system, not in all systems.

In that manner nothing is ever "absolute" and there are no "truths".

This is the difference between a conventional and existential system. Conventionally I woke up today...that's a truth. Existentially I have no way to know that I really did wake up because my very existence could be someone else's dream...a conventional system.

When I buy someone a birthday card it's conventionally selfless...I did a nice thing. Existentially it's selfish because I chose to do it to satisfy a need I had.

Conventionally, truths are the same as facts and those are based on evidence (as you say). Folks agree on evidence...it becomes truth. Folks gather new evidence...it's suddenly not true.

Existentially, there's no truths.

You are not an idiot, unless all of us are idiots.

Intelligence tests are culturally biased and only test the ability to read, write and basic calculation. They should not therefore, be given the credence they have in some societies.

You can continue to live in the nebulous clouds of mysticism and enjoy it.

You may have to emerge sufficiently to provide your own food clothing and shelter though.

Idiot is a relative term, not an absolute (although I have a few good test cases).
