1.If your screen black or its appears anything like dots in your screen.
2.computer is hang.
3.computer take time when we open any application software.
At that time RAM is not good you need to change.
But remember one thing.This kind of problem also appears when you load too much software .At that time you need to Upgarde RAM

if you're getting those nasty beeps for bad ram, you'll have to remove one at a time to check them. this is the only way unless you have a ram tester .

download Ultimate Boot CD and run the memory test.
