IE7 is bigger, slower, and crashes a lot more often than IE6 or Mozilla Firefox. Un-install IE7 and get either of the other 2.

anybody knows that IE7 is sluggish. in reality, each and each and every of the IE courses are bloated, sluggish crap. Use Mozilla Firefox or Opera 9. it is way safer to apply those browsers and they are free. Firefox has all kinds of neat plug-ins for it too. i advise to anybody that they ought to no longer use lots of the inventory purposes that got here with XP. third get mutually disk defraggers, browsers, firewalls, etc. are a lot more beneficial advantageous.

It's bigger, more feature rich and bogged down by security protocols.
You have to weight the benefits of upgrading Microsoft software against coinciding with faster hardware. It's often a delicate balance.

IE 7 is a more robust program. It takes up more memory and run much more security checks then IE6 (antiphishing filters, ActiveX blocking...etc). So basically, you are pulling a heavier wagon with the same amount of horses....

my computer worked much slower after installing it. not just the browser, but everything on my computer. and i tend to think that my comp is still pretty beefy. it runs at 3.2 Ghz, a gig of ram, geforce 6600 GT gpu....
i uninstalled it and went back to ie6... ...and firefox....
that fixed it
