Because they think their sh** doesn't stink and they think that because they have money and fame they can tell you what to do, all they have to do is flash some of that money at you.

You know the wrong rich people. You need to meet some of the rich and humble. I know many of them that would give you the shirt off their backs. My in-laws are the sweetest, most honest, giving, humble, wonderful people I've ever met in my life. You would never know by looking at them that they have a ton of money. My mother-in-law could have any car she wants but drives a Ford Tempo. She only wears her original wedding ring and her class ring. Neither of my in laws dress in fancy clothes or do anything ostentacious, but they have helped out their families, have set up college tuition funds for all of their grandkids, given to their church and numerous other charities, helped out neighbors or friends in need, etc. Most of the rich people I know would do the same. I'm sorry your experience with them has been less than satifsying.

Maybe because you are jealous of they have that you do not have. You know, even the poorest American can be considered rich be much of the rest of the world. How rich a person is can often a matter of perspective.

Why would you make a blanket statement like that? Have you personally met all rich people and have gotten to know each one enough to make that generalization?

only the ones who dont know what its like to be poor. To them its like lower middle class people are below them and like a desease. if someone had been poor before and came into money then they are usually ok.
