Who said we had to respect them? Disrespect comes with the territory when you have power and they all know it. Don't let them snow you.

Because they have the power to do whatever they want to us if we don't...tell me how that is ethical? Doesn't seem fair at all but a judge can yell at you but you do that to them and you are in trouble! It isn't fair and the public should do something about it.

Who's forcing you? No one. Just be sure you know WHY you're disrespecting someone instead of just blindly disrespecting someone because the media tells you to.

respect is earned not given and i have yet to encounter anyone in an authority positition,ie govt officials,that is deserving
