My house is higher than the neighbor..they like to party...She was single for a while. I should have taped some things. Shes got a hot tub....different man every night....

The only neighbor I have that is slightly interesting is a drunk,she's always passed out on her front lawn

I only do it if they make too much noise. And if they're habitual, I report them.
Thanks to me, we now have a relatively clean street.
