I'm so torn. I don't know much about Clinton, but I know NO ONE likes her. But at the same time, would I be a traitor to feminism if I don't support a woman running fr office? What do I do?!

Vote for or against her based on whether or not you think she would be a good president.

You can't consider it fair treatment if she gets bonus points just because she's a woman. And if you don't know enough to decide, then look at her voting record. (see link)

This question is a perfect example of why everyone should not have the right to vote. Hillary Clinton is a Socialist. We are a Republic. Research these terms. See how Hillary stands on the basic issues facing our nation. After you have done this, you will see why most people do not like her. It has nothing to do with her sex.

No. True feminism says you should judge a candidate without regard to their sex. If you vote for Hillary just because she's a woman you're a reverse sexist.

Feminism is all about women having choice..So you HAVING to vote for Hillary, just because she's a woman, isnt very feminist at all, is it?

You listen to each candidate, and form an educated opinion on them based on their beliefs, and their ideas... and then you vote.. You dont choose someone, purely because of their sex.

You are not a traitor regardless of your decision. That being said, there are plenty of people that like Hillary, or she would not be leading in all of the polls. I am voting for Obama. I think the guy has great ideas and being in Washington for only two years may be a benefit considering how screwed up the system is.

Don't be a sheep. Not everyone hates her. Take a look at her stance on particular issues that mean a lot to you and see if you agree with her policies first. Then you can decide if you want to vote for her as a PERSON, as the ideal candidate, and not because she is a woman.

If you don't know much about her, then do some research on her. Don't vote for her just because you are a woman and don't vote against her just because you think everyone else dislikes her. I like her and I'm a guy. I think she can actually mend fences were Bush has broken them.

You should reaserch all candidiates and find out who/what they stand for and base your decision on that.

Hope that helps.

Hmn..."no one" likes her is so negative, judgmental and not true! She obviously has a following that elected her in a position of Senator. go run for anything locally and see how far you go.

You're not a "traitor" to be female and not vote for her... YOu need to make a decision based on your positions- hopefully an informed and educated decision. :)

No, absolutely not. And there are people who like her. She is extremely intelligent and resilient. I'm not too fond of her because of her husband cheating on her and her staying with him, I don't have much respect for her for that reason. Although it's not anyone's business, but I don't think that shows much for her integrity. On the other hand, I didn't think she's make it as senator, and her district voted her in, so it surprised me. You never know. Make your own decisions, though, if you want to vote for her, do it, and don't do it because "NO ONE likes her" Obviously someone liked her or she wouldn't be where she is.

No. Feminism is about equality of opportunities and choices. Voting for whomever you think is best regardless of gender is the best way to celebrate the true spirit of feminism.
