According to the website below,
"One immediate tip is to remember that a Pepsi will not freeze at 32 degrees, as will water. The added ingredients in a Pepsi results in a freezing point of about 28 degrees, slightly lower than plain water - but significant because of the limited ability of many refrigerator/freezer appliances to go that low. I believe that Pepsi would freeze at a lower temperature. Any impurities (caffeine, dye, sugar, etc.) should depress the freezing point of pure water.

I don't think there is a way to elevate the freezing point aside from monkeying around with pressure.

When it first starts to freeze, the carbonated water will freeze, then the syrup will freeze after that! Little longer and Boom.... Nasty mess in your Freezer!!

I believe it freezes at the same temp. or if it is lower, it's a very very small amount lower like a half a degree or maybe one degree.
