I am about to sell and buy a property and am thinking of getting an on line conveyencing has anyone done it?

Local solicitors are really expence. I have been on line and got some quotes for on line conveyencing but am nervous about using virual solicitors although the companies they represent seem good. Has anyone ever bought and sold this way and if so with whom and if not why not. Thanks

To be honest most solicitors are now virtual. You are lucky if you see them more than once. But some kind of phone contact and address is a good idea!
