There's a condition called melanism. it's the opposite of albinism (albinos) whereby there is to much melanin (skin pigment) present. This condition occurs in many different species of animals and birds so it would seem very probable that it would occur in humans too!. A melanistic person would be very black indeed!

I've met people whose skin was as black as black shoes and surprisingly it was matte not shiny, which I thought was unusual enough to remember. I mean really black, not brown.
I don't think your question is racist at all, but naturally some will see it so. Unfortunately it is usually considered that if abuse is percieved then it must have been intended.

Yes. I've seen people who are actually "black." Nothing against blacks here, but the only things standing out are the whites of their eyes, and teeth. And their teeth are usually beautiful!

yes, some african americans and mexicans can be extremely dark like night. I know because Im haitian and some of my relatives are dark. I quess thats why african americans are concidered black people

Tough to say....but a great question. I believe races evolved per climate. Genes mutated. So I don't thing any race is totally pure.

I had a guy who worked for me who was really black.
We had a low light video enhancer and he didn't register on it unless he smiled. Honest!
