You risk a bacterial infection if having anal sex and not washing his penis before inserting it back into the vagina. You can also get an STD or AIDS by him ejaculating in your rectum, or just by pre-ejaculation. It is safer to practice both sex and anal sex with condoms. You will need to change the condom before inserting the penis back into the vagina from the anus.

Any time you have penetration, in whatever orifice you choose WITHOUT a condom, you take a very serious risk of contracting an STD. The skin in and around the anus is a lot more susceptible to tearing than the vagina is, so if you engage in anal sex and your boyfriend does not use protection, you're pretty much asking for it. And he doesn't have to have an orgasm/ejaculate in order for you to get a disease or become pregnant (if you are having vaginal sex)~~men have what they call "pre-ejaculate" during sex, and it contains enough sperm to get you pregnant or infect you with disease. I say double bag it and tie a bow around the top, because you don't know what anyone has disease-wise these days. Be careful!

You can get pregnant from precum so remember that. It is nothing wrong with putting it in your anus if it feels good to you both and he is real clean. Don't let any precum touch your vagina without a condom because men have lots of precum, I know I do.

First of all anal sex is very damaging to your anal walls in your rectum. SO, please stay away from anal sex it is unhealthy. You can develop certain infections from anal sex without a condom also. REMEMBER always WEAR PROTECTION. Herpes can be transmitted into the rectum also you know. Also, YOU HAVE A BRAIN, USE IT.
