If by some small chance someone knows the answers to these questions, then, by all means, answer some of them.

In the years 1907, 1957, and 2007 in the US, what was:

I don't exactly know, but if I were to find out, I think http://www.census.gov would be the best resource to start with. The US Census Bureau collects data like this every 10 years.
