I don't remember. The stupid things actually use to scare me so much though.
I like the chain letters that make fun of chain letters though. The ones that threaten a ghost will rape your dog if you don't send it to 5,000 people in the next 5 minutes. :-)

I am still waiting for my postcards from children around the world for the chain letter I mailed out when I was like, 7.

The stupidest one I heard was make 30 copies of this letter and pass them out or you and your family will have 7 years of bad luck!! I just ripped it up and threw it in the garbage!!

I got one once that said that if I didn't send $200.00 to them immediately my family would be left out in the cold. I ignored it but it turned out to be true. The gas company apparently doesn't send chain letters.

I used to work at a Pediatrician's office and one of the doctor's there as well as some other doctors around town received one that was a death threat. Needless to say it freaked everybody out.
