Are you sexually active? Even if you use protection you could still be pregnant. You should probably go to the doctor either way. They'll do a pregnancy test (skip the home test---waste of money, in my opinion since you just have to go to the doctor afterwards) and if you're not pregnant they'll help you find out what's wrong with you.

If you're between 45-55 years old, you might be pre-menopausal.

Even if you haven't had a period since last year you could still be pregnant. You don't get a period until about 14 days *after* you ovulate, so it could be that you ovulated and had sex and *would have* had a period had you not gotten pregnant.

Well... knowing your age and sexual history would be the first step and whether or not you are running a fever. You could be pregnant and having implantation bleeding.

... You could have the flu (hot flashes, nausea, vomiting). Stress and illness can affect the mentrual cycle.

....You could be starting into the early stages of menopause if you are above 30 yrs old.

Personally, my best guess is PCOS. (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome). You can look that up for a whole list of symptoms that may or may not fit you. Try WebMD.com or google for PCOS. PCOS can cause weight gain, fatigue, irregular periods, spotting. The nausea and vomiting may or may not be related. It can cause pain during sex, but on some it has no affect. You may have noticed increased facial hair? Those can be signs too. Remember, differnet people have different symptoms and you if you don't have them ALL, it doesn't mean you don't have it. I would go to an OB/GYN and have some tests run. Metformin can help get PCOS under control. ZRT laboratories will run a hormone profile on you for $250.00. If the doctor orders it, your insurance will cover it. It's a saliva test that is much better than blood tests.

Try to find a pharmacy that does "presciption compounding" and ask them to recommend a doctor who will treat womens conditions with natural plant based hormones. These types of doctors are up on the LATEST of whats going on in women's health. I had to go to three docs before I found one who was wort a hoot. I am in early menopause, and my daughter has PCOS.

My second best guess is that you could have endometriosis. I don't know as much about it though.

You are at high risk for PCOS if you have a family history of diabetes or other endocrine disorders.

Bottom line. See a doctor. This is serious.

Get to your doctor ASAP... to not have a period since last April is nearly a year down the line. Remember the blood has to come away somehow... It's all building up right now which is not good for your body. The symptoms you talk about are not good at all. Make an appointment.

You don't say how old you are, but it could be menopause...

Sounds alot like me. The first thing you should do is make an appointment with an OBGYN. You need a Pap and some blood work to rule out any issues with your cervics or hormones. There are many things that could produce the symptoms you are having. It could be "the change" coming early. A simple hormone test will tell alot.

nicely the undemanding difficulty Of TNA is they prefer a sparkling end To All His PPV Yeah What I advise nicely Is That On No resign Joe Wins Cuz Jeff Jarret supply HiMA Guitar To wreck It On Kurt's Head certain Of Glory the main important adventure became a stable adventure yet Kevin Nash pop out And Hit Joe With A Bate And Make Him Losse Turning factor types And Sting became Giving a stable adventure yet Then MEM Comes Out And Make some rebellion And AJ Losse yet He would not Losse Legaly so as this is the priority In TNA the final Of His important adventure PPV fits

Well your definitely NOT pregnant if your last real period was last year.
You need to go to the doctor. Sounds like you have a major hormonal imbalance (possibly polycystic ovarian syndrome-PCOS). Your symptoms sound like a possible thyroid disorder.

Best of luck.

And why haven't you been to the doctor? Good grief, you HAVE had periods--they just haven't been regular since April of last year.

So go to the doctor already.

it could be a number of things so you must not self diagnose, go see a gyn doctor.

It sounds like pregnancy, but you didn't indicate if your sexually active, if you are active then you need to take a pregnancy test.

could be cyst or fibroid tumors but it's hard to say without a doctors opinion.
