i m a girl.. and i think my hands are too skinny...any resolutions..??

how to make your hands fatter only is well beyond me.
to gain weight something i wanted when i was younger a person can do things as simple as eat before bed. make milkshakes before bed .
gaining weight can be hard for some people but trust me at some point you will and then you will just want to be in shape again . this happens at about 40
so just eat late at night. and also you can build muscle and that will add wieght and you will be in shape too.

I had the same problem 2.Well i know u mean ur arms huh.well i'm a guy and i was skinny too. I tried many ways but nothing worked.I started eating a lot(proteins and oily food) but nothing happened.Then i went to a gym and my instructor made a schedule 4 me and aked me to work out and eat a lot of proteins(red meat,eggs).Normal food is ok 2.

I was tall and skinny.My weight was 55kgs and now i'm 80kgs after a 1 year.I gained 25 kilos.The real scret was fresh milk .I had at least a one litre pe a day.I grew stronger and bigger.Nothing will happen if u only eat a lot and do nothing and nothing will happen when u work out and don't eat either.Eating and working out should go together like glove and hand then u'll see results in a month minimum.But do ur stomach exercises regularly otherwise u will get a big belly lol.

Don't eat all the time.Stop having frequent snacks and just make sure u have wholesome 3meals per a day.Oh the other important fact is just make sure u have vermox once in 6months.

I used to be that way and now I wish for those days when I was skinny. You can put on your weight and your hands still be small. I would just eat normally, take vitamins and let mother nature take its course. When you have children then you will automatically gain weight and then you will see what I mean.

Drink 1 glass of warm milk and eat 2 bananas over it.
Do this 2 times daily - once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
You can expect positive results in 3 to 6 months depending on your body's response.

Your hands? I'm not sure there's anything you can do about it. To gain weight overall eat a diet high in protein and carbohydrates and do strength training to build muscles. Don't increase your fat intake because then you'll just gain fat instead of muscles.

you are not just going to gain weight in your hands. it takes an extereme amount of weight to affect the size of you hands.

have milk and banana, and mango and milk , also o good exercise ,its a myth that u can only exercise if u wan to lose , if u wanna gain also you must .
