Don't listen to the bare legged wenches. That look was over last fall. The new look is lots of Legwear. If you are wearing them more as casual, wear them with opaque prints or tights. If you are wearing them with higher heels for a dressier occasion, wear sheer black or coffee stockings, especially if you have great legs. I have worn sheer black stockings with Capri's and heels, and they look great for club wear.

Yeah, stockings would definitely look cute with those.
Tip: You should wear stockings that are just about perfect to your leg complexion with a hint of shine or gloss to them. (You can find some at Victoria's Secret or JC Penny). This way, it wont' look like you are wearing stockings, but your legs will look great.

That look is SO over! It is like a crime in fashion to do that! Never wear those shorts with stockings or you'll look just weird! The only person that could pull that look off is Lily Donaldson and even then I'm not sure she can. You'll look ridiculous, DON'T do it!

Stockings are always sexier than bare legs, ask any man. You can wear the new patterened and opaque legwear if you are going reletivelyu casual, or dress it up with sheer stockings and heels.

You're a pretty girl, you can wear anything you want and you'll look good. Go with a loud pair of stockings or thigh high socks.

I am the last man on the planet to discourage a woman wearing hose. But I have to say hose with shorts are probabaly my lease favorite dressing scenario for women.
