From one day to the next, month to month I never knew when I would get my period, usually only like twice a year, and I never knew when it would be from the age of 13, I'm 24 now.
Over the past few months I have charted it...and it seems to be every 38 days...I even predicted the last one, I was only 4 hours off of when I thought I would start.
is it possible that I no longer have PCOS?

If you lost weight or made diet changes the symptoms could have gone away. A big part of treatment for the condition is losing weight and keeping blood sugars lower. Perhaps you have achieved this. USP progesterone cream can help to regulate periods and if you have starte the cream that would have helped too. And like you said, its quite possible you were misdiagnosed.

Are you sure you had PCOS to begin with?
I have heard many womens' cycles become more predictable and easy to track once they become sexually active. And saying sexually active I mean sexually active on a regular basis.
