no this doesn't happen enough for there to be statistics on it!! any mother or parent that cared and loved their child at all would have called the authorities and the said 32yr old loser would be crying in jail.
the effect it is going to have is this child being used and abused by a pedophile.

It depends on how it all works considering the teacher if half the persons age how responsible do you think that teacher /male is
Somehow it appears he gets his thrill seeking younger students
I wonder how many times he has actually done this in the past.
I don't know if I would actually stick it out as the guy has done things that the girl may not have .. Is it just sex do they go out with each other. It seems to me all would have to be in private.
hard to say what the repercussions would would be he would be much too old to do the things that teenager young adult would like to do.
I feel that he is taking advantage of the girl and that she may in the long run get very hurt.
Good Luck talking her out of it

It all depends on what your definition of "relationship" is. If the man/teacher is a gentleman who truly cares for and has the girl's best interests at heart, it would never cross his mind to involve her in anything illicit.
Ahh, but that's not the culture we live in, is it?
For those of you who rail against the idea of an an adult having a consensual "relationship" with a 15/16 year old, you really need to seriously ask yourself, why is that a crime?
Why is that a crime, yet girls at this age have their young minds raped repeatedly on a nightly basis by depraved adult-produced primetime TV shows and Viagra commercials?
Why is that a crime, yet girls at this age (who had the sad misfortune of being subjected to this year's adult-produced Super Bowl half-time show) already know what a silhouetted sex freak plus his "guitar" equals?
Why is it that girls this age are too clueless to know what's best for themselves, and must be protected by the law from adult "predators," yet they are deemed perfectly capable of making the soul-crushing adult choice to kill their unborn child?
The teacher needs to quit the relationship and seek some serious counseling, the girl needs to quit the relationship and cling tightly to what little innocense she may have left, and the rest of you moral hypocrites need to wake up.

There should be no relationship between these two persons other than a teacher/student relationship.
anything else is just so wrong on many levels.
I don't send my girls to school to end up in a relationship with the teacher.
It will damage them for life with any figure of authority

The man is a pedophile & should be reported at once!!
The girl can not legally get into trouble but the man morally & by law,,should know better & has taken advantage of a young girl.He will continue to do this until he is stopped.Report him even if you have to do it annonomously.Be sure someone hears you & takes this seriouly because it is.

i am 20 and my husband 34, meaning when i was 15 he was 29 (i know not quite 32) but we are still going (i would say happlily but we are having problems at the moment) but im working on it. i truely believe that age is just a number, its now the person is. when i was 15 i had had to deal with so much and grow up quickly and i always felt that my peers were immature. as it stands the only real affect my marriage has had on me is sometimes i feel left out because peers tend not to invite me out because of my husband. i think the only people who can comment on the situation are the people in the situation

That situation usually results in therapy for the teen and a lengthy jail sentences for the teacher. It's not really a friend you're talking about, is it? Talk to the authorities. You won't be ignored.

I knew two girls and a boy who had physical relationships with their teachers while they were at school. The girls were both 15 years and the boy was 13 (female teacher). The kids and their teachers enjoyed the relationships and had fun, and the girls suffered no damage of any kind. The few friends who knew what they were doing were envious.

Its not normal for a older guy to be involved with a under age girl..could ruin both their lives..maybe they should wait until she is at least an adult..then they can do whatever they want..15 is too young..don't you think? there is a reason that its against the law to date underage girls....moraly wrong in lots of ways
