Hi, I was wondering if i could possibly monitor all the calls and call times to a phone at my work. We have a pretty standard phone that can take calls and transfer them to other places. For my computer simulation class i want to model this and i need this information. There is no way i would be able to get people to jot down the times. It's too much work on a minimum wage job.

Watch the phones all day. Or just watch them for an hour and average it out...nobody will know.

If you give me a model number, I may be able to find something. Look on the bottom of the phone.

Ask your phone guy, most phone systems (pbx or voip) log all calls and call times (or can be configured to do so). Then you would just need to get access to and parse the log files.
