If you are running NT, you have to give yourself permissions to delete it first.
If you are running something like XP, then reboot the computer, and boot to DOS, then delete it that way, by using the rd command. This is a painful wait of doing it, especially if there is a lot of sub-folders, but it should work for you.

If Safe mode or DOS doesn't work, then one other way is to format the hard drive and do a fresh start. That should eliminate that folder.
Another method is to install that hard drive into another computer and see if you can delete it there.
Something else to think about, it might be a virus, or have virus potential, so try loading your Anti Virus software and run it and see if that elimintates it.

this should work:

restart you comp in windows safe mode (F8 at loading bios normally)
there should be a login for your id and a seperate login for the system admin (all access)
BE CAREFUL when the system administrator cos it can do nearly anything
The admin will either have no password or ypu will already have one
Youshould be able to look at the file now

it ought to do searching on which ones you delete. extremely some peoples pcs may have a large style of information or perhaps courses put in on them that are purely sitting there doing no longer some thing yet taking on area. Your not uncomplicated force has to take time leaping over them everytime it needs to get entry to at least some thing you do use or to position in writing some thing new. as well as clearing redundant information out, defragmenting can effect in solid velocity improvements, somewhat in case you've not finished so previously or at present. It purely arranges the information you do have more beneficial effectively and "well".
