I think Adrian and Adrianna is great or Ariona. I love it because it's spelt differently. My godchild is a identical twin and her name is Arriana and the other is Nevaeh. (Heaven spelt backwards) Congrats!!!

I thin having there names so close could cause confusion, and maybe teasing early in their schooling. Erin and Elijah, then you have the same first letter, and they flow. Why don't you pick a theme? Like Greek gods? Athena and Aries (both gods of war), Aurora and Apollo, or something like that. Nothing is wrong with the names you have selected, but it seems that you want something unique. Giving them similar names (Adrian and Adrianna) won't give them the independence twins need. They will get enough of that growing up, you don't want them to resent you.

Adrian and Adrianna sound cute, but it may get confusing for their names to be so similar. How about Adrian and Ariona/Arianna - which are still similar, compliment each other, but not too similar that they will get confused? My niece and nephew (2 years apart) are called Erin and Evan, and that is very confusing - and a tongue-twister when you have to shout them both! Adrian, Ariona and Arianna are definately my favourites. Good luck deciding, and congratulations :)

I would not recommend Adrianna and Adrian.. Alot of complications may occur, but thats up to you.. I do like Adrianna and Adrian, but i would consider having them sound different just my take as i have a twin myself.

I guess the "Adrian and Adrianna" thing is kind of cute, but a little tacky (in my opinion - but they're your kids!)

I personally like Kahlil and Arianna.

Congratulations!
