Only priests/nuns take a vow to refrain from any kind of sex. There rest is up to you..and I am sure any infractions can be cured by a quick stop at the confessional.

Yes, you can be a Catholic missionary without being celibate if you are married.
Judeo-Christian tradition has taught for thousands of years that it is God's will that:
+ Single people should be celibate.
+ Married people should be faithful to each other (adultery is wrong).
The Catholic Church recognizes the power of sex when it teaches, "Sexuality affects all aspects of the human person in the unity of his body and soul."
Chastity means the successful integration of sexuality within the person. A chaste person's body and spirit lives in unity and opposes any behavior that would impair that unity.
The purpose of sex is to bring a husband and wife closer and to create human life.
All single people are expected to be celibate.
All married couples are expected not to be celibate.
With love in Christ.

Of course, since "celibate" means unmarried.
If you are wondering about the order's rules about CHASTENESS, or refraining from sex, it is best to discuss this with the group sponsoring the mission. My guess is that they would require this.
Is this an MCC mission or for another LGBT-supportive church? If not, why is the question in the LGBT issues section?

All Catholics are supposed to be celibate until and unless they are married.
So, if you are married and Catholic, you can be a Catholic missionary and not be celibate.

Doubtful that any secular practie that you enjoy will be accepted by a catholic mission. You should seek the counsel of your ring-leader.
