How can I make a website with games and all that or one like habbo or something???

Well first you need to be skilled in web design. And I wouldnt dream of doing a site like Habbo Hotel unless you've got the brains of a super web designer.

You cold always learn HTML or you could use a WYSIWYG editor like dreamweaver or frontpage. Building a webpage can be difficult as learning flash or shockwave to using a html builder that can insert pieces of html code to any existing webpage to make it have extra functionality. I built www.kingofthepainters.com and a few other web pages after I learned why HTML code and Javascript is so important.
