Alexis Karel Rocha. Sounds like a designer fashion line, or a really good chocolate (I'm thinking Ferrero Rocher.) The only issue may be that Alexis is a bit, um....feminine. But Alexis could work. Alexander works well too.
I like it. Good luck!!!

My niece's name is Alexis and we call her Lexie, I think it's a pretty name. And that is a unique way to spell Karel, I think it makes it seem updated and not so much like an old person's name. I just reread the question, I misunderstood, I thought it was for a girl. Sorry, too feminine!!

I love Alexis!!! I don't like Karel though. Wait i just realized you said this name is for your baby boy!! It is very feminine. Definitly a girl name. Maybe Alexander? Karel sound like carol. Too girly

I think of Alexis as a girls name and Karel sounds like a girls name too. Maybe you could use Alexander Karl and call him Alex.

Teachers will wonder whether he is a boy or girl. Alexis is very feminine, and Karel sounds like " Carol". Alex or Alec ( as in Alec Baldwin) wouldn't send mixed signals. At any rate.... congratulations and God Bless both of you.

A bit too feminine for me. Alexis is my nieces name and every Carol (Karel) I know is female. It's about like naming a boy Ashley, Linsey, or Shannon now.

Sounds too feminine. Maybe Alexander Kaden or Alexi Keiran
I think Alexi or Alec or Alexander are better for a boy.
