It happens everyday, all over the world, liars, shady cops, unethical attorneys and judges, you name it, they do it and innocent people go to prison.

Obviously they are not innocent knowingly at the time they are sent there. Its not a perfect justice system, but the best in the world.

If you are female you can send your live in partner to prison by absuing VAWA, if you are male you will havt to go through the troubel of framing somebody of a crime.
