Hmm... probably cause they stupid interns copied when they should have destroyed.
They didn't know how to work the old shredders so they had to get brand new ones and then a lesson on how to use them.

Although honestly I am surprised they would have anything incriminating on paper, I'm a little disappointed in them now. I thought Bush's Administration learned better under their Nixon years

because they cost about 100 dollars and seriously doesnt put that big of a dent in a billion dollar budgit...

CIA materials and White House classified documents are VERY important to national security...

they cant just hide them in a closet and make a run to staples...
social security has to be very precise and error-proof in their protection of the security of the president + the nations security...
