Above all else, honestly. Because once the trust is lost, there's no going back.
Then self assurance. As much as we tend to control people and situations, we also lose respect for those who allow themselves to be controlled. That's a no-no. We need to respect the person.
And even though most of us are very financially capable and too proud to take his money, he does have to be financially stable. Again, it's a matter of respect for competency. And it gives a man the confidence he needs to be able to live through us.

I look for intelligence and personality in a man.Looks help but if he can't carry a decent conversation then he wouldn't keep my interest.
