Everything is good between us, sex is great, we get along it is just her fantasy to have a three way.....

I pretty well disagree with everyone else. Having fantasies are perfectly natural, even if they're about someone other than their current partner.
In my opinion, as long as she stays faithful, and doesn't fantasize about your friend other than sexually, that you should stay with it. Assuming that you have a healthy sex life.
Ask her not to bring up anymore. Explain that it hurts you and you don't feel comfortable discussing it. Ask if she has any other fantasies that you would be willing to participate in.

Sleeping with somebody is heavy stuff since there's a lot of emotional issues involved. She needs to see a counselor so she can sort out her feelings and move on. Just be there for her. Many blessings.

If my woman kept thinking about sleeping with someone else I would not call it good.
Having a wife that has affairs and wants to do so again is not a little issue.

I think you should leave her because she obviuosly wants to be with your friend not you, common sense she doesnt find youattractive anymore!!
