Call a mental health hotline. They'll be able to give you resources to which you can connect. Advice of "just get out" does nothing to address your abnormal state of mind or the root of the problem.

All those reasons are why you SHOULD leave your apartment today. In fact, go out somewhere there are people about, if you're in a "mold" - it's a signal to "break out".

Make your self get out,conquer your fears and find something enjoyably to do to make ti worth while and lift your spirits,humans need social contact. go to a library,mall or public place and just people watch,try saying Hi to some friendly faces,smile at people and you get some positive reactions,enjoy.
