Measuring your Bra Size
When measuring to determine your bra size you should, if possible, wear a comfortable standard underwired bra (not padded or push-up, etc.) You should remain in a standing position, keep your back and shoulders comfortably straight (don't hold your breath or push your chest out). Be relaxed. It can be difficult to measure yourself so you may have to ask a friend to help you, this will enable you to stand in the perfect position for measuring and allow you to keep your arms down by your sides.
1 - Measure below your breasts (band size)
Use a soft tape measure. To obtain your band size measurement, measure very snugly around your rib cage, just underneath your breasts. It should feel tight. Be sure that the tape measure lies straight all the way around. Enter this figure in the pink Below field (1). This measurement can be in inches or centimeters.
2 - Measure around your breasts and back (bust size)
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust (usually over the nipples), keeping the tape measure straight all the way around your body. Enter this figure in the blue Bust field (2). This measurement can be in inches or centimeters but must be the same as in step 1.
3 - Measure above your breasts (above bust size)
Measure snugly around your rib cage above your breasts and under your arms kepping the tape measure level all the way around. Enter this figure in the green Above field (3). This measurement can be in inches or centimeters but must be the same as in steps 1 & 2. note: This third measurement is optional. If you leave this field empty, your bra size will be calculated using only the first two measurements, however, in order to obtain the most accurate results you are recomended to use all three measurements.
4 - Calculate your bra size
Click on Calculate and your international bra sizes will be calculated and displayed in the relevant fields.

Bra Size Calculation -
To determine your cup and bra size, you will need a tape measure (preferably a paper one).
First, we'll determine your FRAME Size. The frame size is the diameter around your chest JUST BELOW your breasts. Using the tape measure, measure around your ribcage directly under your breasts. There should be no breast tissue measured while determining this number
The next measurement goes around the chest, over and including the fullest part of your bust (usually at the level of the nipples). Technically, you should take this measurement while wearing a comfortable bra, though this is not mandatory. This is the diameter of your chest + breasts.

You may have a small back. Try adding 3 inches instead of 5, so you get 31.5 and round up to 32 for the band size. You'd be a 32AA.
Or you may want to measure the upper ribcage (under the armpits above the breasts). If this measurement is 32, then stick with 32AA. If it is 30, then try a 30B instead.

Nobody can actually very accurately measure the cup size for your bra. The easiest way to do does not need any confusing calculations at all. Just try on certain sizes which you might fit and choose the one which you feel most comfortable with, and also make sure it does not get too tight or loose. Also, ask the shop attendant for help if you are not sure!

28.5 is more then likely below the breast area - we need to have a measurement above the breast area as well - MY GUESS IS :
above the breast area is a 30.5 - with the across the nipple area or bust area measurement being 31.5 - YOU have a bra size 30B or 32A w/a padded cup needed
the idea bra ~ is a streach lace for you is these sizes. It is very hard to find___ European bras will have the fit and size for you.

The size of the bra mainly depends on the size of the chest and the size of the cup(bust). If the chest size is 33.5 , bust size (cup) is large. Then one can go for 34.0 in size (L).(L) stands for large.

Most women wear the wrong size, even if they swear they do. Go to a good department store, it may be embarrassing, but a professional fitting is totally worth it. I was mazed how much better my posture was when I had the correct size on...
