Thats the very first thing I thought of too. What a really sad situation it is. People fighting over who is the dad. Bet if there was not any money involved the men wouldnt want to know. Nobody will ever find out and thats why after all these years the Marilyn Monroe is still being mentioned. At the end of the day a little girl has lost her mum and I hope someone will love and take care of her like her mum would of even though she had her problems.

If it was drugs I do not think she died on purpose to be like Marilyn Monroe. She took lots of drugs in the past as you can tell by her slirred speech. It is rather sad if you ask me. She was a beautiful lady but had so much drama in her life. I do think what comes around goes around in your life. Her poor son had seen so much and been around so much. She actually did not take care of him someone else did and once he comes into her life she shows him how to take anti-depressant pills and use other drugs and alcohol to cover up stress. She put that stress into her life by pretending to love an old man to get his mega millions. She told the media that she lost wieght by trim spa. No Diet pill will ever make you look as good as she did after losing the wieght. She claims that her lawyer (her husband) is the father of her child which could be a lie as well. Who we should feel sorry for was her son and her new baby. The poor baby came into this world with not only her brother but her Mother dying and having to grow up knowing that they had to fight to see who her father was. I probably sound cold hearted and not really trying to be but I think the baby has a better chance in someone elses care then her own mothers.

My opinion is there is only ONE MARILYN. This Smith woman was loved so much in America that's why her house was ramsacked the minute she was pronounced dead. If this porno queen/gold-digger cared so much about her children then she would have cleaned up her lifestyle when her son died of a drugs overdose, but no, what does she do, she gets pregnant by who knows who and leaves the baby with some stranger while she lives it up in some hotel room and consequently dies. God has done this little baby a big favour but not letting this so called 'mother' ruin yet another life.

I wouldn't call it a 100% conspiracy, because she did live a racy lifestyle. Now on the other hand it could because when her husband died and she had a nasty court battle with the son and she got all the money.. but he wouldn't get anything out of her death unless he tries to sue. But it's gonna get worse now because she's got a baby with 2 baby daddies claiming the baby, and now it's gonna be about a money thing now, so it's crazy how her fate turned because her husband died, her son died, she had birth, and now she's died. All I know is that her crazy self will be missed. But now she's with her son and her husband, even though her baby is left behind. I think it is sad, but everything happens for a reason.

hello.i was disgusted when i seen what people had put on yahoo.and even to you.your answers.i now most of us slated her and didnt care much for her especially when she married that rich old man.but there is a lot of people out there that would do the same for money.there is no doubt she was a beutiful women that didnt deserve to die regardless weither she was taking drugs or not.she didnt harm anybody or anything else nasty to anybody for that reason so why are people being so cruel .my heart goes out to her family and friends .god bless her.

I wish her family the best as they go through the loss of a family member after enduring another death in thr family ten months earlier. i hope and pray that Dannilyn's real father gets custody of her and raises her well and tells her only good things about her brother and mom.

She was taking pills to go to sleep, pills to waken up, pills to get her through the day. and it all caught up with her. The toxicological results are due in a couple of weeks will reveal all.

I just think its sad, i know she was grieving for her son, just dont understand why she didnt think about her little girl. Dont know if its suspicious though who knows what goes on in someones mind. What a waste of a pretty woman she could of had it all.

I almost want to say i think she commited suicide from all the troubles surrounding her... the only thing is I don't think anyone would do that with a 5 month old baby...
i think people on yahoo answers are being so rude. (NOT YOU) Yea, I DO feel bad she died, Yea it was a shock to me, and Yea I do care about your average joe that dies when they show them on tv!!! Why are people rude!? Some people have drug/alcohol problems, does that mean they should die!?? Have some respect!!!
