prelabor can start up to a month before you actually deliver. some symptoms are:
-sensations of increasing pressure in the pelvis and rectum-crampiness (similar to menstrual cramps) and groin pain.
-change in vaginal discharge-it may increase and thicken
-pink or bloody show-as the cervix dilates capillaries can rupture tinting the mucous pink, this usually means labor will start within a few days
-loss of mucous plug-this can be passed a week or two before real contractions begin
-Braxton hicks contractions- "practice" contractions , can become more frequent and stronger even a little painful near the end
-diarrhea- some women experience loose bowel movements just prior to the onset of labor

if you have a doctors app scheduled soon he can tell you if you have started to dilate, otherwise just try to stay comfortable (i know its easier said than done), your baby is coming soon!
Congratulations

I'm currently 39 weeks and I've had the same symptoms as you are having. Mine started around week 30. They are all normal symptoms of late pregnancy. your body is producing a chemical that is helping to clean out your body. That why you are having loose stools and the sickness to your stomach. the cramps are normal as long as you don't start bleeding . And the pressure on your vagina is from the pelvic bones spreading and the baby's weight on your lower abdomen. all is normal... Good luck and congratulations.

I would contact your dr. Sounds like it could be labor starting. Even if not, better safe than sorry. LOLuck
