Eric Lindros by far - surrounding all his draft pick contrevery and not wanting to be picked by the Nordiques and the fact that he was so injury proned made him a huge dissappointment. Other than maybe the flyers, no other team really benefited from him.

I can't begin to describe my disappointment in Lindros. I was aware of his talent while he was in Oshawa always hoping that he'd end up with the Flyers. I knew that he admired Clarke and I thought The Toothless One would have some influence. I was ecstatic when I saw the announcement on CNN that the arbitrator had ruled in favor of the Flyers. Now I'm full circle, I am SOOOOO glad he's out of Philly.
I always disliked Scott Stevens, but his hit on The Pampered One was nice. I don't wish damage on Eric but that was a great hit.

By Far it would be Eric Lindros. No goals since November 20th.
He has been injured and has not been a leader on a great Dallas team.

Lindros is a good one. He was ok at first in Philly and than he got rocked by Stevens and he sucked after that.

I would say that right now Brad Boyes for the Boston Bruins is the biggest dissapointment this year. This guy was a very good young player last year who really showed some promise with Bergeron and Sturm. He hasn't been nearly as good this year and has actually been swirling in trade talks. WHATS GOIN ON BRUINS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have to say, Scott Scissons. Who? you might say. Exactly. He was toted to be the next big power forward, drafted 6th overall in 1990 by the New York Islanders ( Jaromir Jagr was 5th), he played only 2 games in the NHL, after which he was blackballed, never playing again.

All good answers so far. Definitely have to agree on Lindross and "The Daigle". And since nobody's mentioned a goalie yet, I'll add Danny Blackburn. Sad that injuries ended his career so quickly.
