This one is free - though you have to register to get the downloads - & there are sort of gothic styles & undead sort of things on there that I noticed the other day - though you'll have to search through to see if they're what you want:

Again you have to register, it's free but some things are only available if you pay a subscription. Wasn't quite as happy with this site as the ModtheSims one though as several things that I thought I downloaded ok didn't appear in the game.

I know money is a term many of us are unfamiliar with, but results show it's the best working solution to getting expansion packs and other things. True fact.
