Usually firing squad, although lethal injection is becoming more popular. Although, in an attempt to be more "humane," China has now created these roving "death vans" for use in moderate sized cities-- it's like an ambulance, but there's just a mobile execution chamber. Really humane....

but interesting fact
they always contact the local hospital and ask what the hospital needs with regards to organ donations. if the hospital need corneas,irises or other eye parts the accused is shot in the chest while otherwise the accused is shot in the head.
