I got a ticket for failure to turn and i think they are going to give me points for that. I have a court date, what should i do, to not get points on my driving record.

You show up, admit to the error. You got caught. You get point, you get them. Don't try and make some kind of "loser" excuse, the judge will see thru that and nail you even harder. Admitting to it may just get you off with a warning.
Do a better job from now on and it won't happen again.

Go to court, plead guilty and pay them the 100 bucks or whatever they want. Get 3 months supervision, dont F up, and your good to go.

If you plead, or are found guilty, you will get points. Time will take the points off.
