i know from the past that i have high hcg levels and have always been able to tast rather early and get a positive. What is the earliest some of you have tested positve?? i ovulated last week between mon-wends and now i really want to take a test????

i tested three days before my missed period and had a positive result.

it would be way too early to take a test if you ovulated last week cause it takes 7-10 days to implant. You don't start making hcg until implantation has occured. If you know you get high ones, then I would wait until 10-11 DPO that way you know that implantation would have already occured. I had implantation on day 7 past ovulation and my HPT came up negative on 11 DPO then positive the next day. So if it comes up negative, test again. Good luck :)

earliest can take hpt - 5 days before missed period (clear blue easy tests & first response tests). Look at the box, it will tell you how soon you can take it.

take the test 5 days before your missed period if neg then take the day of or the day before. i didn't test until the day of because i did not feel any different until the day of my missed period.

I was only 2 weeks pregnant when I got tested and it showed I was pregnant.

With an EPT.....you can take it up to five days before your missed period!!! Good Luck!!
