It's not a Liverpool word. The word is busy. Bizzy is just the way the spelt it thur. Is the the plant called 'busy Lizie' or 'bizzy lizzy'?

Yes, Liverpool is correct. My mothers name was Lilian and they called her lizzy because she was always bizzy......... bizzy lizzy......... and they fed her with horse manure and water
