Luck, Hard work, A manager, good looks are not that necessary, but helps and to think a job as a job, nothing more nothing less, meaning, able to do any character or role without discrimination, language, more the merrier and something to distinguish yourself different from the others, you can call it your style or whatever.... cant think of anymore, hope i helped a little

Talent comes second to looks and body - who wants to watch a fat ugly woman get all hot and sexy with a fat ugly man? And luck of course - being in the right place at the right time - knowing people could also help...

Well they should have Talent for a start.
It helps if we can understand what they are saying.
they should be able to remember their words.
and provide their own stunts.
