Asthma is an hypersensitivity and is induced by way of anything. The high-quality non cure healing for bronchial asthma is studying your triggers and warding off them. Common triggers are smoke, filth, mildew, mould, crops, filth mites, pets and grass/weeds. If you can't determine our your triggers, you can also have to see an allergist and feature hypersensitivity screening performed. This would possibly factor out your triggers. The National Asthma Prevention Program and the Expert Panel of Diagnosis and Management of Asthma each agree should you need to use a prescription inhaler akin to albuterol extra then 2 time every week, your bronchial asthma is NOT in manipulate and you're going to desire a prescription controller cure. Controller medicinal drugs are steroids (Asthmacort Asthmanex, Flovent, Pulmocort), Leukotriene modifier (Singulair, Aculade, Zyflo) or mast cellphone stabilizers (Cromolyn sodium, Intal, Tilade). You would possibly wish to speak for your surgeon approximately a couple of robust controller medicinal drugs and probably Xolair photographs. If you wish a tested, all-typical technique to treatment your bronchial asthma, with no need to pay for vain medicinal drugs with hazardous part-results, then that is the predominant web page you can ever learn.

Firstly, how bad is your asthma? Is it worse in the winter? worse around pets? when you're nervous? a combination of mullien, coltsfoot, and peppermint (specifically PEPPERmint) dried and allowed to smoke on an a charcoal briquet that's found in the insense area of your local shop can help ease asthma if the attack is just starting or not severe. Let the smoke kind of waft into your face, but don't smoke it.
Next, if you smoke: STOP... if you live with smokers have them smoke outside.
If you ahve pets, bathe them at least twice a year with a good pet shampoo then use a single load measure of a concentrated fabric softener in a quart of warm water as their final rinse. Make sure that all the ducts in your home are cleaned in the fall and spring... even if you just run the vacuum's hose as far as you can get it into the ducts. Vacuum EVERY DAY, open windows every chance you get... and... if your asthma is severe yes... yes.. YES!! See yor doctor! Alternative Medicine CAN go hand in hand with western-style medicine and then CAN compliment eachother very well.
Also... if you're having an Asthma attack, the kind where you seem to breath ok.. but you have all that awful coughing... sip on a cup of HOT STRONG black Coffee! that's worked for me since I was a little kid!
Good luck, hon!

Yes!
I have had asthma since the mid 90's and follow a strict regimen.
Ditch all ammonia/bleach household products. Killers for asthmatics like you and me!
Get rid of stressors as much as possible.
Don't wait until you have an asthma attack to change your regimen. The key is to prevent the onset of an attack. You don't want to be taking prescribed meds for the rest of your life, but you want to guage the meds depending on the severity of your asthma. My asthma's moderate, but not severe. If you have severe asthma, then go seek medical attention from a naturopath. You don't want to mess with an attack, you can die.
If not, follow this regimen below:
Take raw garlic. It opens up the bronchials. It doesn't cure asthma, but it treats it. Garlic is very powerful as it is an anti-viral, anti-microbial, anti-bacterial.
You need to take it in its purest form, but be careful! It helps to purge and it needs to be eaten bit by bit, one clove at a time. I wouldn't take more than a clove a day.
Also, if you really cannot stomach raw, you can roast it in the oven.
Once you find your "footing" with the treatment, get on a strict diet and exercise regimen.
Ditch dairy as this aggravates asthma; ditch sugar and use Stevia or raw honey in place of refined sugar--refined is a known asthma trigger!!
Cardio exercise opens up bronchials, too. Adopt this and use consistency.
Though it works for me, and has over the last several years, it might not work for everyone. However, it's better than conventional meds such as Albuterol, which I've ditched and happily!!! It's better than taking Steroid inhalers.
Good luck.
Peace...

Have you tried eliminating dairy from your diet? I suffered my
whole life with asthma until I stopped consuming dairy and
started taking small doses of natural ephedrine...this is the
one I use:
http://www.naturalkiosk.com/proddetail.php?prod=033674000120&cat=47
Also...explore this website:
http://www.mercola.com/2005/nov/8/a_natural_treatment_for_asthma.htm
The first step is BELIEVING that you can and will be
well...that you do not NEED meds for the rest of your
life...and that you WILL breathe normally again!!!
You'll see!!
I'm very healthy now and there was a time when I could barely
get up a flight of stairs without losing my breath....the
toxins in dairy are a direct link to breathing problems...also
a lack of sunlight and dependency on meds only makes matters
worse.
Raw garlic and cayenne pepper help too!
I wish you the BEST !!!!!!!

One does not exist.
Asthma is not something to be played with, or taken lightly. You need to have prescription medications and inhalers and do what you doctor instructed you to do.
Nothing over the counter can replace prescription medications needed to control asthma or assist you when you are having an asthma attack.
You are playing with fire.

The first thing to do is to get rid of all of your toxic cleaning and laundry products as many of them are registered pesticides. Take them to a toxic waste recycling place and the switch to all natural cleaners and laundry products. Have someone thoroughly clean your house and do the laundry to get rid of all traces of the toxic chemicals. Use a good grape seed extract product and be sure to use a good mulitvitamin and antioxidant supplement.
