It takes quite a bit for me to get bruised, but you have to be careful for bedpost, nightstands and bed rails.

People may bruise easily because of fragile capillaries in the skin. Each time these small blood vessels break, a little blood leaks out, leaving tiny red dots in the skin (petechiae) and bluish-purple bruises (purpura). Women seem more prone than men to bruise from minor injury, especially on the thighs, buttocks, and upper arms. Sometimes easy bruising runs in families. For most people, the condition isn’t serious, but bruising easily may be a sign that something is wrong with the blood clotting elements, most likely the platelets. Blood tests can determine if such problems exist.
In older people, particularly those exposed to a great deal of sun, bruises commonly occur on the backs of the hands and the forearms (senile purpura). Older people are especially susceptible to easy bruising after bumps and falls because they have fragile blood vessels and a thinner layer of fat under the skin, which normally serves as a cushion to help protect against injury. Blood leaks from damaged vessels, forming deep purple patches (hematomas). These bruises may persist for a long time, eventually becoming light green, yellow, or brown.
There are numerous natural therapies that are effective for easy bruising, especially when the body lacks adequate bioflavonoids.

I do like that explaination better, but it might be a sign of being anemic. Anemia can cause bruises just from moderate pressure on the skin.

this is pretty serious, my Mom got it. It's called I.T.P. (http://itp-helper.com/) and it's a blood problem where your platelets start getting destroyed from some mysterious reason and when ever they get really low people show signs of bruising on their lower legs from no impact or accident. You will feel no pain and it does not make you feel bad, it's just a dangerous condition left untreated.
Get to a doctor ASAP!!!! (p.s. most people do just fine with it, but you have to really keep an eye on it, and be extra careful)
Good Luck:)))

examine a dermatologist. i can tell that is because of two issues: hypersensitive reaction, or epidermis maximum cancers. no matter if it is hypersensitive reaction it makes a touch wound and some werid variations on the floor, no longer risky. no matter if it is epidermis maximum cancers, the wound will not in any respect heal. i advise to bypass to a medical professional.

You may be doing it in your sleep. If you have a sleeping disorder that causes jerking in your sleep or possible night seizures. See a doctor and tell them if this happens alot.
