Good customer service is good service from customers, not towards customers. You'll understand, if not quite agree, as soon as you're old enough to theoretically be allowed to open up your own bank account.

I actually was at TCF Bank in MN- they girl was new and all i wanted to do was switch money from savings to checking. The whole 2 minute thing turned into a 1/2 hour ordeal because she kept making mistakes..
At that point I just wanted to really "hold" it up.... lol

My bank treats me very well and it is a little embarrassing ! They greet me by name and show me to the shortest line and the branch manager talks with me while I wait. If the lines are long she seats me at her desk and waits in line for me! It's a Bank of America!

Is there one out there that could possibly ever hold that title, I think not, banks give you an umbrella when the sun shines and take it away when its raining.

I've never received good customer service. I hear it's possible, but I wouldn't know first hand. Thanks for asking though, maybe someday it'll happen and monkeys will fly out of my....
