I smoke the occasional joint. I probably shouldn't, but I'm not a big drinker so its like my own special happy hour after work >))

Smoke cigerettes. It's bad for my health, the health of those around me, and bad for the environment. Why do I keep doing it?
It's a physical, psychological, and emotional need.
It calms me down when I become angry or stressed. It fills an oral fixation need. It's the one thing in my life I can control (or does it control me?). It's become such a habit in everyday life (been smoking on and off for 40 years).
I have been cutting down and have it down to 5 or 6 a day, but I really should quit completely.

Complain about people behind their backs, steal my housemate's juice, eat too many baby bells, and blame things on my brothers!
