Depends on what he likes. I'm assuming you know each other pretty good. I'd like it, but, I like getting gifts of almost any type. Especially from my wife on V-Day. Being extra flirty will make the moment stick out more to him. Then, every time he sees the chain he'll remember every detail of that V-Day. Memories are what will make a relationship grow stronger as time passes by.
