Cold water with soap works well. You first wet the clothes with the cold water. Apply the soap, then rub one side of the matieral against the other with a scrubbing action. After you've done this long enough to see the stain breaking up, then you run it under cold water rinsing and scrubbing at the same time. Then ring the clothes out and launder as usual. As for plastic, try bleach if it is white plastic. If not, you may try using baking soda. First moisten the area with a little water. Sprinkle the baking soda on to the area, then scrub with a wet toothbrush or small scrub brush. I hope this works, and I really hope you weren't trying something silly that caused this mess. Things may seem hopeless, but there is always hope. Cry out to Jesus if you are in pain, and trust that He hears you. He can help you. God bless you precious child. Your friend in Christ. ><>

Peroxide breaks down the protein in blood. Plastic should just wipe clean with soap and water.
As far as your wrist, you should let someone know that you need help. This is far from funny.

Soak it in cold water immediately and start scrubbing. Hand soap works well on blood sometimes if it is still wet.
Blood should just rinse off of plastic with hot water.
Are you okay?
